Hypnosis can be effective in complementary medical care. Since 1958, Hypnosis has been recognized by the American Medical Association as an effective form of treatment. Complementary medical care can be understood as something a patient uses in addition to traditional medical care. 

Synergy Hypnosis never uses hypnosis solely to treat medical issues nor to replace traditional medical practice. 

A MEDICAL REFERRAL IS ALWAYS NEEDED IN ORDER TO RECEIVE COMPLEMENTARY MEDICAL HYPNOSIS.
